Youth Advocacy

Our Youth Advocates are skilled in the processes, procedures and laws that apply in juvenile delinquency court. We understand that children charged with delinquency have different needs than adults accused of crimes. Our defenders are trained in trauma-informed techniques, holistic defense practices, and the unique issues that children face in the criminal justice system. We zealously defend each child to help them get out of the criminal justice system, and work with the court, probation department, and community partners to reach client-centered outcomes.
