Resentencing for Certain Murder Convictions

Recent changes in the law allows certain people convicted of murder, who were not the actual killers, to file a petition with the court to vacate their murder conviction and resentence them. Eligible clients can petition the court to consider resentencing and hold a hearing regarding whether a lesser sentence is appropriate.
