Collaborative Courts
Partnership for Accountability, Connection & Treatment (PACT) Court is a review court that partners with community service providers to help participants who struggle with homelessness, mental health, and co-occurring substance use disorders. To be eligible for PACT Court, a participant must be charged with a non-violent misdemeanor, amenable to participate in PACT Court, granted mental health diversion, living with mental illness or substance use conditions that impact their lives and daily functioning, and experiencing a high level of need, criminality, and risk to recidivate.
