Collaborative Courts
Reentry Court is a review court that partners with Goodwill Central Coast to address the needs of participants on parole who are suffering from mental illness, substance use disorders or co-occurring disorders. To be eligible for Reentry Court, a participant must be on an active parole caseload, have a documented history of a substance use or mental health disorder, have committed or be at-risk of committing a violation of their parole terms, have a history of criminal justice involvement, and be amenable to participate in Reentry Court, experiencing a high level of need, and at high risk to recidivate.
